Now that the weather is cooling down - I'm back making my Sunday Stews. I'm not a big fan of cooking - so I make a big pot of stew on the weekend - and freeze portions to use during the week. Generally - enough for three or four meals.

Today's stew is lamb stew with all sorts of vegetables - seasoned with a bit of balsamic vinegar, white wine, allspice, salt and pepper.

Smells good ... it will simmer to cook down and thicken ... for about another hour.
