If you have Peet's coffee in your neighborhood, you may have already tried one of their coffee "fog" drinks, which consist of cold-brewed coffee frothed in a blender with ice, creating a frothy drink but with no dairy.

I've started to recreate these in my blender using about 4-5 ice cubes per cup of regular [cooled-off] coffee (it doesn't have to be cold-brewed).

Blend into a froth for about 10-15 seconds, maybe even less, and you can pour into a tall glass.  It will separate into the dark coffee on the bottom with the beautiful froth on top.

@GingerPeach   Thanks, that is great!   I love Peets and buy it on Amazon, we don't have a Peets coffee shop near us.  I'm trying this for sure, great for summer

Yes, it's amazing how the ice froths in the blender.  I almost couldn't believe it until I tried it myself.

homegirl this is very good. we drink ice coffee all year and we blend it up like your saying. it makes it taste very good way. we tend to do this in summer. now you got me wanting it  my mom gave us a blender years ago that she bought and never used. the bottom of blender unskrews. well sometimes when making this ice coffee drink the bottom would unscrew and coffee went everwhere. after this happened a few times i opened kitchen window and threw blender out window. lol
