Suggestions Needed re Slow Cookers

Hi, All,

My aunt would like a "small" slow cooker. She has a large one, apparently. I know practically nothing about slow cookers.

In looking online, it seems there are slow cookers from about 1 1/2 quarts to 8+ quarts. I was thinking 4 quarts would be small, until I saw 1 1/2.

What would YOU consider a "small" slow cooker? I think she wants it for when she's just cooking for herself and her husband. Does anyone have any specific recommendations re brand, etc.?
