After reminiscing recently in Pennsylvania as we cleared out my mother's house in preparation for a recent move (no small feat after 50 years!), I thought about a item that I would like to see made in Temp-tations! My mother had an old Lazy Susan, it looked similar to the 3 quart baker with the other 5 bakers stacked inside, but her lazy susan compartments all had real, patterned lids. Unfortunately, one of the 4 curved outer sections was broken and no longer there. It would be lovely if something like the 3 qt round lid-it with 5 mini bakers could be expanded upon, and turned into a lovely lazy susan complete with actual baker's lids on each section. My mother's sat on a wooden lazy suzan table, which I believe could also easily be replicated. It could have multiple uses for cooking, and other uses as well - my mom used hers as a catch all, and it sat proudly on her side-board all the time. The patterned lids hid all the miscellanea that she put in the dishes! Please Tara - consider it. Thanks! I'd be more than happy to take a picture of the original when I'm back up in PA over the holiday!
