Sugar Free Honey

I am diabetic and was looking at some pie recipes for diabetics. I noticed some of them had sugar-free honey as an ingredient. I am 49 and had never heard of it. I asked my 78 year old mother and she'd never heard of it. I googled it and got some brand names. The only one I found in a store near me is Maple Grove Farms. Does anyone use sugar-free honey? I want to know if it works well in baking before I buy any.
