I'm going to pound chicken breast tonight and put prosciutto and mozzarella cheese in them and then "wrap"..Do I really have to have toothpicks to keep them together or can I just wrap tightly and hope they don't leak...I don't have toothpicks but I do have really long wooden skewers that I guess I can break into small enough pieces...
Any thoughts and experiences??
