Today I tried a couple of things that I thought would challenge the non-stick.. First of all I burned some Kraft mini marshmellows in the skillet and they came off nicely.
I then took an egg and broke it in the pan and let it set there awhile on 250 on my induction and shaking the pan after a while I was able to make the egg slide around. I then turned it over and let it cook awhile and then shook the pan and the egg slid around again.
I then quickly cleaned the skillet and I took some anise cordial and reduced it to syrup and let it melt on the pan and then I let it cool a bit and got a wet rag and wiped it right out.
Non of these things was I ever able to do with the Greenpan as everything I have done thus far in the TSV has been without oil.
