Steve Doocy Taco recipe

Anybody have this from one of his cookbooks ? I got somebody who wants just the taco recipe.

 

Appreciate it if you can send me a link, I can't find it or if you have the cookbook and can send me the recipe on here.

Never heard of him either but the recipe looks ok. Cilantro avocado and lime make it good.

All I know about Steve Doocy is that he is or has been one of the morning show hosts on Fox News.

 

Had no idea that he's a kitchen and food guy, too.
