Staub cast iron pan

I ordered this pan last Sunday and now it says "backordered".  The customer service rep did not understand why there was a problem since they have 600 of the color I ordered in stock.  What I asked was:  Is what is listed on your computer not matching to what is stocked in your warehouse.  Unfortunately, she did not know the answer.  I was hoping to get this pan for a bridal shower I was going to next weekend.  I was able to go on and order the item again but the easy pay option is not available.

I ordered the Scott Brothers TSV sheets and they did something similar showing the watercolor sheets as an advance order after they were ordered and showing in stock. Despite that, they were were shipped and received as per original order info.
