Green smoothies....Yuck!
I'd rather just eat my fruits and veggies...that's what teeth are made for.

I also have the Ninja from the Q and I think it does a fine job making the smoothies. The smoothie in the morning has helped me cut down the cravings for sweets.

I like them in the a.m. After getting the kids up and out, I don't have time to sit and eat breakfast so a good green drink really helps. It just blends itself while I'm getting ready and are very filling.Green smoothies....Yuck!

My daughter had one of their green drinks today - they had a $2 trial of them that ended 3/31. I tasted her drink, and almost all I could taste was cucumber. I told her I'd ask if they could cut back on the cucumber in mine, if I ordered that one. She said that it all comes pre-mixed, so you can't order special. I'm wondering (I guess I should go to the site and read) what it is they pre-make ahead of time...and how soon they make it.
I hope people start getting healthy, and it really could be convenient for a green drink here and there...but I couldn't make it a daily purchase at Starbucks to get healthy! I'd go broke...ha!

Why anyone would want a smoothie is beyond me if it is red, green or purple.

The organic smoothies that I make at home are green, blue, purple, orange-depending on which veggies/fruits are predominant. What color should they be?

Kale is so inexpensive at the store. I'd be making my own at home in my own blender - and I don't/won't need a $500 vitamix to do it in either!!!!! I can put whatever fruits and well yeah, other veggies in it too if I so desire!!!!!

same here.....it is not something i would want to have every day anyways!

Good marketing; smoothies are popular...it will do in a pinch when you are looking for a healthier alternative. For me, I usually stay away from commericial smoothies because I prefer organic produce and if I use a protein powder it is organic and really good quality like Vega or Garden of Life and use organic coconut milk/almond milk or better yet make my own. ..just not cost effective for most restaurants. I realize I am in the minority and I think the product will sell really well. Smoothies are a healthier choice, offers more options, and will appeal to many people.
