@SharkEI just ordered from QVC. So glad to see this size. I'd thought I was done buying anything until after I transition from NY to FL and then I realized that smaller Copper Chef would be the perfect size for my one-person kitchen.  It will replace a very old non-stick I will toss the day the new one arrives.  If it lasts as long as that one, it will be in the cabinet after I'm gone.

I bought the 2 piece set (9" /deep one and skillet + accessories special/ about 2-3  months ago . I LOVE THEM  !  (yes I know all caps is shouting) Smiley Happy When the sales people say "stupid easy to clean "  ITA

Before I bought the QVC items I purchased a round 8" skillet at Walmart and fell in love. I find there is no need to ever put in DW. The only area I use a scrub daddy is on the rivets sometimes.

DH likes rice krispy candy sometimes . It was always such a clean up hassle in other pans. Not this stuff and the deep one is tailor made for this. I also find they are telling the truth that you can sear easily--something I never found in other non-stick.

I hope they last for a while !

Re: Square copper skillet

I bought the smaller copper chef covered pan for around $22.00 and I love it.  IMO, it is superior non-stick.  I haven't had any peeling issues with it nor has the non-stick degraded.  I reach for it nearly all the time because it is effortless to clean.
