Boy, They are acting as if this is a really big deal. Nice idea but.....I don't feel that you can get wooden items, (spoons, cutting boards, etc.) clean enough. They are porous. You can't use disinfectants/really hot water, to clean them as they would absorb it and split. Like I said, nice design, but should have been plastic.
