Why aren't more pie crusts not flavored?

You could make a lemon crust with a key lime pie?

You could make an almond flavored pie crust with a cherry pie?

You could make a cinnamon flavored pie crust with an apple pie?

I know about the chocolate, graham cracker, coconut crusts but there are so many options, I would think flavored crusts would be the new craze
