Someone mentioned liking Hot Honey on Roasted Squash.
I was given a jar of Mike's Hot Honey for my birthday, and it is the BOMB!!!
Love it on Fried Chicken, Grilled Shrimp, Hot Biscuits and even Pancakes.
Anyone else?

As someone who doesn't even like honey, I think I could drink hot honey. It is just that good. We have even made our own in a pinch.

I make a slightly-hot version because my digestive system doesn't tolerate too much heat:
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp Frank's hot sauce
Stir everything together in a microwave-safe dish. Microwave for a minute until boiling. Microwave in 20-second intervals until reduced to 1/4 cup of sauce. Let cool a few minutes, it's searingly hot right out of the oven.

@LavernLuvsShoes - We gave DH a jar of this! I know he's had it on chicken, and probably other things (when I'm not here). And I know he is a big fan!

A friend gave a recipe to me yesterday that is Roasted Honeynut Squash and Chickpeas using hot honey.
The Today show website has it.

I never heard of this before. But it has me interested.

I like Mike's Hot Honey on my avocado toast with a nice sprinkle of salt and a little squeeze of lemon. I haven't tried the extra-hot version yet.

oooh--hot honey on squash---that sounds amazing. I made it by adding siracha to honey for something I made and it was very good. But on the roasted squash---yes please!!!

Hmmm...that seems like it would be plenty hot 🔥 @deepwaterdotter
