@Nightowlz --sounds wonderful--however--I do not posess that gene to cook pork well no matter what I do or don't-Woman Embarassed-----have the Ninja outdoor grill that is a smoker and would love to use that---

We never bought one of the Ninja outdoor grills. DH already has a Pit Boss & Weber grill. I bet anything you cook on it will turn out really good.

Not cooking out today since it's been raining. Going to make pizza. Making the pork chops with salt, pepper & thyme tomorrow night.

@Nightowlz --I use my Ninja nearly 3x a week now and more during the warm weather but year round at any rate. Yes it does a great job. My best thing is salmon!! OMGosh--I can cook a piece of salmon that will make you want to cr y tears of joy---HA--it's pretty good. Haven't used the smoker part of it tho--live in an apt complex so not sure the smoke is a good thing ----haven't tried to cook a pizza on it either--something I will try too.
