Love this stuff and this set is adorable! I gave it to my mother-in-law for Christmas. One of the plates was broken in half.
Probably not QVC's fault...but I called them. Customer service took my info. and said a new plate would be sent out (yay). Two weeks later (grrrr) I called to check status, and was told QVC does not do such a thing (huh?) and that I had to call Temp-tations directly. Not really a problem for me to do so...they were extremely helpful, I just wish QVC had told me this in the first place. Customer Service should be better informed.
