Someone from Temp tations or QVC should address the lack of quality control lately

I'm sure I will receive alot of negative responses for this, but Tara has made a zillion $$$ off QVC customers, and from reading posts, just seems like the quality of the product has gone progressive down hill (I have had issues with pieces as well).

Just seems to me that such a large company should be willing to address the issues, but no, both TT and QVC just continually stick their heads in the sand and ignore the problems.

TT customer service is extemely rude as is QVC when it comes to TT (my experience)

I will no longer purchase TT, sticking with RR & Fiestaware in the stores,

Seems to me as long as QVC & TT are making $$$, quality control is not an issue for them, and I have decided to no longer purchase from either
