Someone Wanting to Buy My Fudge

I have a not so close friend offering to buy a pan of my fudge 13x9 pan and I have no idea what price to put on it. I'm not great a breaking things down by how much I use to how much I pay for things. The most expensive ingredients are the sugar, peanut butter, and butter. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. If you have more questions I'll be happy to answer. One of the guys my husband works with wanted my recipe but I didn't want to share it because he makes it and sells it but I don't know for how much and my husband won't be able to talk to him until Monday I believe.
