Thank you, ladies. I'm not a very adventurous baker, but there are a few things my family especially likes and I've gotten pretty good at those few things.  My son is gluten intolerant, so cheesecake is a good choice - he can simply scrape off the bottom crust.

 

Oh, how I wish we could all get together for tea or coffee!  Wouldn't that be SO MUCH FUN?!
