I know we shouldn't eat between meals! It's a terrible habit and can contribute to weight gain! But don't you just have to have a little something some times???

Do you regularly indulge in little snacks? Do you think it helps to keep you on an even keel by not allowing you to get so hungry, or hurts you by making you over-eat?

If you do have a little something, what do you eat that is satisfying, but not too terrible, i.e., not real fattening or high in calories?

DH eats constantly and while I try not to pay attention to him noshing away, I do admit that it does get to me at times!!!!
