Send it back ASAP as damaged.  No way would I keep it.

@SharkE, it's time to go into your kitchen and admire your red. We all know you have it!  It will lift your tired spirits. Then....return that damaged pan. Call them up...Explain hardship, say you would like some accommodation. See if they can schedule a pickup for you so you don't have to go to the post office. It's their mistake. They should make good on it and not put the inconvenience on you. You got a loser that time who just offered you $3. That's pathetic. They're better than that. ETA and of course you deserve better than that.
