and it's bent in the corner and they charged me 31 instead of 23 !

Took it to DH and told him to hammer it down he said:

"You can't hammer out heavy guage aluminum".

I stood in it put all my weight on the bent spot and it wouldn't budge !

sheesh I got took on that pan.

called into HSN and told them I was over charged and pan was bent too

I'm just gonna put rolls in it , so, I'm not too concerned with it, but, didn't like being charged 8.00 extra to boot !

Man, said he would give me back 3.00 on the cost of it applied to credit card.

No, they still honored the original price of 23.00 and gave me 3 back on that since it arrived bumpy in the corner.

for only  a $3 credit i would send it back and get a new undamaged one.

if they did $10 or so i would have kept it.

$3 is not good enough credit for a very obvious damaged product which you received yet chose to keep.  Didn't they have more in stock so it could be returned and replaced?

probably could have replaced, but, I'm tired and wore out from fighting people all the time. Just putting rolls in it one of them will just have a hole in the bottom ROFL

Everything you do, buy, nowdays something is wrong with it.

Hubbo canceled the daily paper last yr and told them on the check and invoice he just wanted to take the Sunday paper.

Now, we got billed for the next quarter of the daily paper. He called in and screamed the gal down when she said we'd been getting daily paper and now had to pay for it he said "I told U we just wanted Sunday paper and you went ahead and delivered it that's your problem not mine". So, Ok, she finally said she would take care of it and make sure we just got the Sunday's.

Well, we're still getting the daily ! after all that rig ma roll. People don't pay any attention to what U tell them any more. We're gonna see if we get Sunday's tomorrow. Probably cut off Sunday's .

What do you get ? burger with half jar of mustard on it !  My sister told McDonald's she wanted no cheese on her hamburger she got double cheese, took it back to counter they said we'll give you just plain hamburger, nope, this time she got 3 pieces of cheese she just took it off and forgot about it.

Service and quality has went out the window, my friends. We're old and just tired of trying to make sense out of nonsense as Dr. Phil says.

this ol' gal is just plain tired of the game I just accept and told the man "fine, give me back 3.00"  . Not worth the fighting.

Sharke - you reminded me when we bought our new stove from Lowe's. The front of the stove was noticeably dented. My husband called Lowe's and said that he was refusing delivery of the dented stove.

The Manager of the store offered my husband a $10 credit. Glad you were offered $3.
