I know, it is hard to find authentic bagels. Most people, myself included, probably don't even know what good ones taste like.

My DVR cutoff too so I am glad to see this topic here, I am the only one I know that enjoys this show. The only bagels we have are from a grocery store and most of their food comes in frozen and baked in store.I wonder if Costco even does them in house.I made them once,too much work!!! Shark Tank is a great show,I started watching when it was BBCA show called Dragon's Den.
