Still, isn't the teepee motel on Route 66 out in your area too?

Re: Share Please - Route 66 Menu

I have a couple of Route 66 Cookbooks. One is The Route 66 Cookbook by Marian Clark. The recipes go from state to state from Illinois to California. Here are a few recipe titles:

Hensley's Chicken Enchilada Casserole

The Diamond's Cheese Ball

I'd do a search for recipes from restaurants on Route 66 and see what comes up.

You can probably get this cookbook on Amazon.

I got my copy during 2 week Bus Trip out West, back in 1997. Smiley HappySmiley Happy My hubby and I were the youngest couple on the bus!!!!

I looked up the motel, called the Wigwam on Foothill Blvd. in San Bernadino. So cool, it's still going. I remember driving by it a few years ago.
