Yes i remember Polish Stoneware.  And i did and do use it.  And i remember how you would rave about it when you presented with Gloria.  Did you think that none of us were still around?

It was about 10:30 am, presenting Temptations with Tara, maybe the soup bowls.  He said do you remeber Polish Stoneware, the $100 pieces, sit on a shelf (or something like that), well you can use this.......I started laughing as i sit here drinking coffee in PS and pieces waiting to be washed in the sink.  And recalling his presentations back in the day. LOL.

And QVC is still selling Polish stoneware; they currently have 63 pieces in stock.

I have a few pieces and I use them regularly.  I do not own any ceramic Temptations.

I have numerous pieces of Polish Stoneware.  They are excellent quality and beautiful as well.  I use them all the time.  I have one Temptations item and it is a piece of ceramic c r a p.  I am not tempted one bit by Temptations.

Being Polish I have an ethnic responsibility to defend Polish stoneware, so I'm highly offended. LOL, just kidding.

For those unaware, though, of its fascinating history, Polish stoneware has stories to tell. A history going back to the late middle ages, starting off as folk art and evolving over time to practical uses.

Polish stoneware has graced many a home with years, even decades of use. It's tough, durable and multifunctional. It's a lovely, useful art form, collected by many. It's deserving of being held in high regard.

I absolutely love Polish stoneware. It's gorgeous, unique and well made. The one bit of Temptations I purchased were cheaply made bowls. I think Rick should not have made that statement against Polish Stoneware to push the Temptations line.

funny how folks read things into stuff

my take on his statement was that the higher priced pottery is treated precious and sits not being used.   where this temptation bakeware is less pricey and used without concern of price.
