Not good at making my own pasta but I can certainly eat a big bowl in support of the day! Love linguine, especially linguine with clam sauce, white or red... YUM! {#emotions_dlg.thumbup1}

As far as I'm concerned, every day is linguine day.

Linguini pasta bathed in a fresh Shrimp, crumbled Greek feta cheese, and Greek tomato sauce.

That will be dinner tonight.

That sounds delish! One of my favorite entrees at a local restaurant is a Greek dish called Shrimp Cofu: Big shrimp stuffed with feta cheese and herbs and simmered in a spicy, chunky tomato sauce, served over rice. Just YUM! Linguine might be even better!

Hi GoodStuff,

Yes that is the same delicious recipe I use, and it can also be served over pasta, rice, couscous, quinoa, etc.
