Searching for Tomato Pie/Tart Recipes

I thought I saw a few different threads on this subject, but when I do a search, nothing comes up. I have a recipe from Southern Living that I have used for years, but I would like to try something new and really good. My old one from Southern Living starts with a pre baked refrigerated crust. Shredded mozarella is spread in the tart pan, followed by fresh basil, then fresh, peeled tomatoe slices are placed on top. Olive oil and salt and pepper are sprinkled on top-it is baked for 45 minutes.

Can anyone recommend some new recipes? I have lots of tomatoes and want to bake some for some friends this weekend, but haven't been able to find the threads. Thank you!
