Re: Scrub Daddy vs Dobie Pads

Scrub Daddy! Nothing else for me. I detest anything with a sponge interior that retains moisture and bacteria.

I throw my Dobie Pads in the dishwasher.  On the other hand, they are far less $$$ than the Scrub Daddy pads,so they can be tossed if I don't want to put them in the dishwasher.

I keep a silicone pastry brush and use melted or very soft butter and/or olive oil and coat my tins real well.  Finished product turns out well and is extra flavored and pans get added natural seasoning.

I use Dobi pads. Just bought 4 boxes with 3 pads each from Amazon.

The SS sink we bought when we remodeled the kitchen 2 yrs ago recommend you use Dobie pad to clean sink with.

I also use them to clean my SS cookware,

DH bought some SS scrubber pads from Amazon which he used in the sink. I thought it would scratch it all up but it didn't. They work really good. He uses them on the bbq grills.

The first thing I rely on for stubborn stickiness is Dawn Power Wash....that is by far the best product I've used. Spray it on, let it sit for a few minutes, sometimes add water to soak but only for 10 to 15 minutes. I use Power Wash on almost everything that goes in the sink and then rinse off with a scrub daddy or Dobie. Try it!
