I finally got my husband to try one of Tara's recipes for Mac & Cheese. He loved it and has made it twice this week, so I don't want to discourage him. BUT... we have been making it in the two quart round and after it was cleaned (by hand, no abrasive sponge) it is totally scratched inside. Don't know what happened. Any suggestions for getting off the scratches?
