Save Yourself Some Tears & Don't Ask Me For Baking Advice!

All I did was use LilBitMisty's recipe for coffee cake w/ the crumb topping! (TY LBM!) Except for milk, I used sour cream and added the zest of an orange. The batter was delicious!

50 minutes baking time like the recipe said, toothpick came out clean. Looked beautiful! I pulled it out of the oven, let it rest in the bundt pan. I walked over about 10 minutes later, and the whole thing is now completely sunk in and half its size!

Another baking diaster!
