Re: STOUFFER'S SEASONED WRAPS CLOSE OUT

[ Edited ]

I just read this online too: Why do these wraps even exist?  from Five Fifths Culture.

Do people really find the time and effort

of sprinkling seasonings on fish, meat

or poultry so exhausting that they feel

its necessary to purchase seasoned

pieces of paper to wrap and cook

their food in? I  also wondered if

cooking in rolling paper for food

is good for our health? There are

probably chemicals fuming from

the paper directly into your food!

No fumes coming from my experience with these wrappers.  To each his/her own.

Not fumes coming into the air from the wrap. Chemicals going Into the food.

Fish is often cooked in parchment paper.

Are these wraps made of the same thing, with just some seasoning added?  Not familiar with the product.

@novamc1 It's a little thicker than parchment paper but same concept. You don't enclose the meat entirely, it open on one side.

Cook one side then turn over and cook the other side.

Re: STOUFFER'S SEASONED WRAPS CLOSE OUT

These were mentioned here before and I have yet to find them in my area. I looked for a while and then forgot about them.  Not my interest is renewed and I have to go on the hunt again.

They look really good and nice and easy.  I love trying new things.

@pommom  Thanks for reminding me of this new item!

They seem to get good reviews. They seem to be cheaper then buying all the spices.
