6.5-lb's for $39.60 for chuck roast or was this for two 6.5 lbs of chuck roast? If this is the price for one roast, it doesn't sound like a good price for chuck roast to me.

Excellent meat!! I don't know if the prices are that good, but for what you get I would say yes they are. You pay the same prices at the grocery store, but the quality is not there.

I always try and get all of my beef and chicken at Costco.

That's a HECK of a deal in my area (I live in the second most expensive city in the country). But no matter, because I'd pay more as it's PURE QUALITY. I NEVER purchase meats from regular grocery stores because they're "hit and miss", and more expensive than Costco. I also like Costco's more ethical business practices., generally speaking.

I would head to Costco and pick up some beef but..........I am so excited...as tonight...we will be sitting down at the table....and eating our first meal of home grown, grass fed Angus beef.

I pretty much buy all of our meat from Costco these days. Great quality!
