I've made the same recipe for maple fudge for the last two holidays. This year I followed the instructions which called for butter, evaporated milk, packed brown sugar. I stirred for 10 minutes on medium heat as stated and it came out like crumbly ground hamburger when I mixed the powdered sugar in!! What could have went wrong when it was perfect before when I made it? Too much stirring too high heat? Smiley Sad
