I never remove anything, just remove from the packaging and rinse. I preseason with a homemade dry rub, then slow roast baby back ribs for several hours in a low oven. Apply sauce toward the end. They are so tender and the bone comes completely clean.

We grill baby back ribs after about 3 hours in a 300 degree oven to melt the fat. Then we grill for a short time and add sauce.
