Returned my Vitamix, ordered the Ninja TSV, and it has already shipped!

I returned my new Vitamix yesterday. FedEx came to my house and picked it up, with a return label that was provided by Vitamix. I am glad that I purchased it directly through their company because they allow you to send it back for any reason, and they pay for the return shipping.

I loved it the first week. I was like a kid in a candy store. But, after that, I became very disappointed with it. I hated having to use cups of ice for every drink you make. When I didn't, and added water instead to the veggies, the drinks turned out like sludge! They were a horrible, thick consistency.

When I chopped veggies, they always got stuck in the blade, or above it, and I had to use the plunger and sometimes stop the machine. When I put the veggies in from the top, like they told me to do, after calling their cs, the pieces came flying out of the top, after hitting the blade, and landed on the kitchen floor.

I know that so many people adore that machine, but for me it just didn't work out at all! I was so relieved when the driver picked it up and took it away!! I think, and hope, that this new Ninja might work out much better for me. They said that it pulverizes the fruits and veggies in the same exact way, but without that stupid plunger, and with 6 blades, at different locations, instead of just the one blade at the bottom of the machine, like the Vitamix had.

If I don't like it, I will send it back. I will not do what I used to do anymore, which was to keep small kitchen appliances that I didn't like or use. I love my small, original Ninja and use it often. If the larger blender version works as well, I will be very happy with it. Smile
