I agree with another poster - if you know David, you know and accept that his recipes are probably unhealthy.

I perused David's first cookbook and I didn't need nutrition information to tell me it's not in my best interest to eat ANYTHING in that book.

While they all look delicious, these recipes are what we used to call good ol' Southern cooking - high in fat, sodium, carbs, and guilt. If you have to ask (about nutrition), you shouldn't eat any of these recipes! OK... in moderation. Like twice a year...
