I'm confused, if you "reply" to a post in a specific category, it doesn't get entered as the latest in View all Forum Topics? only if you start a new Post? Can someone explain for me? Thanx

Yes, it's very frustrating. Please post/heart my post in the Suggestion Box about this. It's
I've been trying to get Webbie to fix it.

It's just another example of Q rinky dinkness. However, you'll notice the word "topics" in the View All Forum Topics button. You probably know this, but topic is different from post. [Sidebar: Please disregard this information when you start a new topic and have to click on the red box worded "new message." In that case, topic is called message. Stunning, isn't it? Rinky dink.] So, anyway, when you click View all Forum Topics, you actually only get the topics (newest at top, hopefully). Maybe what you're looking for...and I don't think I've seen it...is a View all Forum Posts?
It remains to be seen who resembles this cartoon more: we community members or the Q IT Team (my vote = Q IT TEAM)...

Hi again spix,
I just clicked into bette's topic and found this. So it seems that, in this particular case, it's not rinky dinkness, but chickens-with-heads-cut-off (ie, too bad Keyai's post is not located in the Welcome/Get Started topic or maybe in a new topic: CLICK HERE TO VIEW ALL THE HINTS, SUGGESTIONS, IDEAS, AND FIXES FROM (MOSTLY) OUR COMMUNITY MEMBERS). Keyai gets a pass from my disgust and frustration because he was one of the first of The Team to be brave enough to pop his head up and respond/communicate with us.

Thank you for your question. I hope I am understanding your question correctly and will try to explain what is available now.
There are two areas of the forums that allow you to see the most recent reply to a topic bumped to the top of the page:
1- Within the VIEW ALL FORUM TOPICS
2- Within each specific forum category (i.e. Beauty, Fashion, etc.)
When you first click on VIEW ALL FORUM TOPICS you will see a page that lists topics in the date order. This page can be changed to the view you are asking for. There is a drop down menu that reads VIEW BY. Under that drop down is the option to view by Topic or Post.
Under each specific forum category all content is listed in the order of the most recent reply (post)....

Hi Keyai,
I had the same question as the original poster, and don't think your answer addresses the issue.
Under View All Forum Topics, The view by drop down choices are by post or by topic.
By post is sorting by date/time of original post? I have no idea what view by topic does - the posts don't appear to sort in any particular order. Please explain.
I see that it is possible to sort by latest reply if filtered by the topic list to the left. But, I prefer to have the main list sortable this way also, as it used to be.
Also very annoying is the sequence of columns is different between All Posts and Topic.
All posts: Subject, Author, Hearts, Latest Post, Replies
By Topic: Subject, Replies, New(??), Author, Hearts, Latest Post
Why change the order? This just makes navigation all the more difficult. (What page am I looking at?)
The hearts just more clutter on the page.
I know design flaws are always discovered once a system goes live. I hope QVC is listening to the users. Thanks.
