Replacement Pieces

Very disappointed! Two of my Temptations bakeware pieces cracked while in the oven at 350 degrees. I called customer service at Temptations on February 4. They were very helpful in placing an order for me to receive replacement pieces. It is almost April and I was told the pieces are still not in yet. With the Easter holiday coming up, I really could have used these pieces. Is this the norm when replacing pieces? This is not very occommidating.{#emotions_dlg.sad}
