Ladies, You've been so helpful before, I'm hoping you can set my mind at ease. I'm from Canada and go over to the States quite a bit to do shopping (love it!). Anyway, my friend wanted to go over to do some groceries, we went to BJ's and bought some stuff, among them frozen chicken. I bought a pkg. of chicken tenders, pkg. of chicken and other stuff and put this in a cooler with a bag of ice. By the time I got home, the chicken tenders were half thawed, I could bend them. I looked for some info online and read that it was okay to "refreeze" them if they were thawing in the frig, but NOT on the counter. Well, I considered this to be thawing in a frig, and thought it would be okay - I did put them in the freezer. Anyway, I just wanted to get your thoughts on this and do appreciate your help.
