Just saw on People dot com, there is now a Reese's Frozen Ice Cream Pie.  Serves 12 at the low cost of $15.99.  Available now in certain stores.  Doesn't really look good to me.

Probably not as good as the homemade recipe @deepwaterdotter posted in Recipes.

I make a recipe that starts with a thin layer of dark chocolate (like a peanut butter cup):

your favorite graham cracker crust

3/4 cup heavy cream

4 oz chopped semisweet chocolate

1/2 cup sugar

1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch

1/8 tsp salt

1 1/2 cups milk

2 egg yolks

1 tsp vanilla

3/4 cup peanut butter

sweetened whipped cream to top

Bring cream just to simmer in small pan over medium heat.  Stir in chocolate off heat until smooth.  Pour into cooled crust, smoothing over bottom and sides.  Freeze for 40 minutes.

Stir sugar, cornstarch, and salt in saucepan.  Whisk in 1/2 cup milk until smooth.  Whisk in remaining 1 cup milk and egg yolks until smooth.  Whisk constantly over medium-high heat until comes to a boil.  Boil and whisk for 1 more minute until very thick.  Stir in vanilla and peanut butter off heat.  Pour into chilled crust and refrigerate for 1 hour until firm.  Top with sweetened whipped cream before serving.
