Rediscover Duck

My mom always made whole ducks and all I could remember was a roasting pan filled with cups of grease from the duck BUT duck has come a long way.

I found Maple Leaf Farms online and they have a lot of products that are both raw and cooked.

I bought their rotisserie duck and it was flavorful, non greasy and was great WW points too.

Really enjoyed it. Anybody else order from them?
