Received the Kuhn Rikon pressure cooker for birthday.....any tips, suggestions, recipes would be greatly appreciated!

Have NEVER used a pressure cooker before except the very large ones for canning YEARS ago. Any tips for using this pressure cooker (have the 7qt) would be very appreciated. I would also like to know if cooking frozen meat (especially frozen chicken breasts) is okay? If so how do you add flavor? THANKS!
