Received Another Broken Piece from Tara's Site

I had ordered the three piece square convertible set. The cover and little dish was fine but the base was broken. This is so annoying! The service person was very nice and said they would send me another base. I'm not a business person but if they packed these items better it would save them a lot of money replacing items.
