Really Sharp Knives

I found a set of paring knives at Bed Bath and Beyond the other day and for $8 (used a 20% coupon), they dudes are SUPER SUPER sharp! Great thing they come with the protective sheaths. Japanese steel, which is know for precision and sharpness.
