@Snowpuppy No ice is common?  Tossing in the trash should also be common.  Would NEVER accept/use a food order that requires cold unless it was packed in some sort of cold-retention package.  In fact, would never order from that source again.

rastelli steaks...yuck..i dont even eat steak at restaurants much less qvc..i knew it wasnt going to come right from qvc..another scam like the time they sent me a knotted up necklace.
