Are the coulotte steaks good?  I did buy another type of steak from them and they were nothing special at all.   I had ordered their burgers, but I canceled the order.    On this subject of ordering food, I highly recommend the pork rib eyes from HSN--Curtis Stone.  Best pork I have ever eaten.  (cooked in air fryer--fast and easy)  Trying to stock up on proteins as I haven't been grocery shopping for months.  Have food delivered, but sometime don't get all items I order as they are out of stock.

I have found their meats to be tasty, and of good quality, but even that isn't justification for the price.

Daysdee, I haven't had those particular steaks but I've had other steaks from them and they were very good. The pork chops from Rastellis are the best pork chops that we have ever had.

Re: Rastelli Meats

I haven't had any of their steaks, but I did order the Rastelli's steakburgers TSV and they are delicious.

I also ordered Curtis Stone's pork steaks and will receive them July 3rd.  I am glad to hear you love them.  I love anything Curtis Stone and have many of his cooking pieces.  The best cookware around.

I have a question for you @Daysdee .  I remember during his presentation that he said we did not need to season these as they are already seasoned..  Is this true?  I normally cook my pork steaks/chops/rib eyes, etc., by sea salt, pepper and garlic powder on both sides and fry in olive oil on top of the stove.  If these are already seasoned, then I won't need to do that.

I made mine in my airfryer and I did put garlic powder and a little pepper on it.  Definitely has a good flavor from a marinade.  Also, very tender and flavorful.  I hope you enjoy yours.  I also love Curtis Stone's cookware--best I have ever used and I have had a few different brands since I started shopping with the TV channels.

My MIL has sent us meat from them through the Q, and the meat has been good.

One of the boxes contained the pork rib eye steaks, I think that they were called. Those were easy to prepare, and really delicious. Smiley Happy

I just posted this under another Rastelli post but I just returned from LIDL and they have some Rastelli meats.  They had a steak, I believe, and burgers.  Much cheaper than the Q.  I didn't purchase as I was in a rush but think I might stop by tomorrow and if they still have try the burgers out.

Much cheaper to buy the BUBBA BURGERS ANGUS burers from a warehouse club. You can get 12 burgers for about $24.

Check out Rastelli's reviews- not so hot. Kansas City has exceptional beef but most of their steaks are sold out, which I take as a sign that people have caught on to how good they are.

I ordered the Coulotte steaks on auto pay in June when they were TSV.  NEVER RECEIVED the first shipment. QVC customer service keeps telling me it is pending. No reason except for COVID delays. REALLY?..

Not happy with Rastelli meats

Any suggestions
