Sounds like they have some work to do before they're ready to ship to thousands of customers on QVC.
I ordered their steaks and although I haven't tried one yet (I just got them last week), they look unbelievably good. They're thick and by the color, look very fresh.
Sorry about the prime rib, but hopefully they'll make it up to you.

They have more than made it up to me! I was happy that the head of quality control wanted the pictures and will use them. Just being nice in their emails and acknowledging the problem was enough for me. But she went beyond that, she said she wanted me to see what they are capable of. And I appreciate that, even though I told her it wasn't necessary.
Thank you to the ones that suggested I contact them. QVC was great on the phone and refunded my money, but contacting the company directly was the best thing I could have done. They have the pictures directly and know my story now. They treated me like a valued customer, and really went the extra mile. And I appreciate that!! I am going to take down the pictures themselves shortly, because I feel the issue is resolved. Thanks everyone for the support!!

@TeresainMN1957 I first saw this thread early this morning and I am thrilled to hear that they are going to make good on this and have given you such a quick reply and great customer service. When the first Rastelli thread started on the boards I did a quick search and they seemed like a great company to do business with and I am happy to hear that they are.

I'm very happy you heard back from her so quickly because I was going to tell you to call the company directly. I think it's always better to call. Erin is wonderful, I always order directly from the company on the phone and have spoken to Erin several times. She really is very helpful and the company has great customer service. If you've never had Kobe burgers you may want to try them. They really are excellent and are extremely expensive in restaurants that sell them, $30 and up for 1 burger here in the Ny area. They sell 6 of them for $39.99. They provide their steaks and other meat to many high end restaurants in the U.S.
