I saw some of the TSV presentation and they have a piece of meat that looks semi raw to me. I think its a rib roast. I like my meats cooked well done. I see the blood coming out of the meat on tv and I just dont get the appeal. My husband likes medium so I know everyone likes their own thing. I never tried it that way because I just havent been able to bring myself to.
So what do you guys like? And does meat really taste better medium or rare?
