Sending back, so much steam leaks around lid it never builds up pressure might as well cook in regular pot with lid. The handles don't fit tight so stream escapes just like a regular pot....concept is good but with the lid not secure and tight no steam can build up inside. Called customer service and they didn't even inquire why I was returning so must be common reason. Too bad Gordon, can you hear me screaming "what were you thinking". Guess made in china should be a clue...will we continue to get subpar products made in that country...guess the $$$$ profit to mfr is all that matters....I for one would pay more for excellent workmanship made in the USA!,
