Muted her and didn't buy a thing. She's the rudest vendor ever. At least Susan will breathe. Rachel just gets louder and overbearing.

I don't like the way she talks over the host, repeatedly and all the time. Like she's had way too much coffee. But I give her credit for supporting Obamacare, aka The Affordable Care Act. Thank you, Rachel.

Wow. I thought it was just me that find Rachael Ray annoying; after watching her yesterday was no different. I know she is trying to sell her brand; however, she should relax a little and let the QVC hosts do their job. Her constant loud interruptions during item presentations are very noticeable, outrageous, and over the top. She has a much different (likeable) personality on her own TV shows. I always thought Wolfgang Puck was pushy/bossy on air, but Rachael Ray's "its all about me" attitude is second to none!

That was a very bad move imho....
Perhaps she had read your sig line: "A great pleasure in life is doing what people say you cannot do."
The woman is happy that her sick brother is covered now. That's about it. We wouldn't have heard a peep from these one-post wonders and a few regulars if she had said something critical of the LAW.
Oh, no, then we'd be hearing all about her right to freedom of speech. And we'd be told not to be so PC about everything.

Rachael Ray, Dennis Basso, and Mally are the three vendors that I have a heard time listening to because of their strident, harsh voices. Thank goodness for mute buttons ![]()

Sorry but when you run a multi-million dollar empire, one has to be very careful about what is said, you run the risk of alienating your customer base. Not everyone is happy about this 'law'.

That is undeniable, and therefore I assume you would have posted the exact same thing if she had uttered a criticism of the law (I don't know why you used scare quotes; it is indeed a law).
So either she decided it was worth it to her to express her feelings about her brother's situation, or she is not very savvy when it comes to business. Either way, it has given me yet more insight into what riles some people up.
Some are just fine with egregious, mouth-breathing rants from the likes of Ted Nugent, eager to forgive and move on from racial slurs occasionally slipping out of someone's mouth, and quick to label any who ARE offended as being overly PC.
Yet a woman gets emotional about her brother's health care situation, and oh, my, so many are vociferously bent out of shape.

Yes I would have posted the same thing, RR is shilling cookware, not political insight. As for Mr. Nugent I don't know what he has to do with the topic at hand. I'll add I'm not bent of shape, just another reason not to buy imo.

Interesting that so many people don't like her talking "style"=
Of ALL the guests thatare on QVC, I bet she is the only one who has won 3 Emmy's... SOMEBODY must like her....
